Richard Gage Live on TV3 - The Masterplan Event

UN Seeking to Tax and Control Food Markets

A new report released by the United Nations blames the “herd” mentality of investors and poor regulation for volatile commodity prices, suggesting new global “transaction” taxes on trading and more international government involvement in controlling markets as possible solutions.

The whole "study" reeks of arrogance and can hardly be considered objective. The authors, for example, consistently blast investors' "herd behavior," absurdly suggesting that wise global regulators would be able to make markets function more efficiently — if only international institutions had more power. The paper even refers to “tighter regulation of financial investors” and “broader international policy measures, including price stabilization schemes” as needs.

Produced by the UN Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) with support from the Chamber of Workers Vienna, the study — entitled “Price Formation in Financialized Commodity Markets” — focuses specifically on oil, barley, cocoa, maize, sugar, and wheat. After some analysis, the paper begins by attacking the way commodities markets operate. It essentially claims that naïve and greedy “speculators” pursuing quick profits have produced a massive “bubble” in commodities — particularly food and oil — that must now be popped by government to save the poor.

Of course, most economists attribute rising commodity prices to wild money printing and inflation by central banks; uncertainty resulting from reckless fiscal and monetary policy; banking-cartel manipulation of markets; and a genuine increase in demand or decrease in supply. But the anti-capitalist UNCTAD disagrees, holding dysfunctional markets and a lack of regulation responsible instead.

The Bilderberg group Explained (For Sheeple)

Phil Giraldi Spills Beans on Israeli Espionage in America

Phil Giraldi stepped out today to do his country a great service and save some honor for the American counter intelligence community.

He put the spotlight on America’s greatest national security scandal, the decades old investment that Israeli Intelligence has made in attacking its so called America ally by stealing everything it can get it’s hands on.

But there is a second darker side to this first betrayal, and that is their corruption of our own political, Justice and State Department organs to literally act as protectors for them.

As a group they have betrayed the American people, and all those involved should receive long prison sentences for high treason.

It is a great tragedy and irony that Anthony Weiner’s Congressional career will be over soon, when the safest crime in America these days is spying for Israel, especially if you are in the Congress, Pentagon or the Whitehouse.

Our sources tell us that FBI counter Intel agents are ordered not to open espionage investigation cases on high government officials because they simply will not prosecute them.

Elite Bilderberg 2011 Meeting Draws Scrutiny

Until recently, almost the entire international media establishment maintained an apparent information blackout of the yearly gatherings. Despite the fact that representatives of some of the world’s largest news outlets are always present at the conference, the vast majority of event coverage has generally come from the alternative press.

The rise of the Internet and widespread media choice, however, appear to have had a major effect. This year, the Bilderberg conference is attracting far more scrutiny than past gatherings — in line with a steady trend over the last few years of increasing awareness surrounding the affair.

Several major media outlets around the world have already picked up the story. And news of the gathering is expected to continue making headlines in the coming days as the conference kicks off Thursday. Some of the mainstream press coverage thus far, however, has focused primarily on downplaying the meeting’s importance and painting its critics in a negative light.

In a June 8 BBC article, the government-funded media outlet attempted to ridicule concerns about the Bilderberg meeting and the massive power wielded by attendees. Citing various authors, the state reporter desperately tried to link critics of the secretive meetings to “anti-Semitism,” a psychological feeling of alienation or powerlessness, and even belief in a world “governed by alien, reptilian shape shifters” expounded by a former sports journalist named David Icke.

Let's Be Clear

The last time that the United States Military did anything to actually defend this country was in World War II. Every 'action' after that war was nothing more than a political action in which the US military was nothing more than an armed political force that was assigned to duty in foreign places to underwrite the most criminal of corporate interests which has brought us to this impasse that passes for life in 2011. (1)

From Korea to Vietnam, from Vietnam through Grenada and Panama: With side ventures in Chile and Africa, US military forces have been nothing but a bunch of paid thugs assigned to destroy other countries for US Corporate interests. Anyone in a US uniform that has served in Iraq, either in 1991 or in George Bush's illegal invasion and occupation has to know that everything they did there had nothing to do with protecting this country: Because it was always about suppressing the population to "unconditionally- surrender" to US and multinational-corporate-Oppression and the colonial Occupation of counties that were resisting American adventures in support of our Evil-Empire that has no basis in either law or humanity.

At the moment despite the doubling of our occupational forces, thru the use of mercenaries that have more than doubled the size of our expeditionary forces, we are still losing in every country we have troops today-because none of these wars are about winning they are all about continuing the flagrantly excessive military and political contracts that will never end: If they continue to have their way with the American people that are funding this entire charade.

The bottom line is the USA has been dead for a very long time: All that remains is have the formal burial. However this is not yet a forth world nation, despite all their attempts to make this happen now. Either we wake up to the fact that we have been sold out by traitors at every level of this government and that to change this FACT we must resist them with everything that we can individually do to withdraw this power that they believe they have, but which is only there because we have NOT called them on every single part of what they want to do to us. We don't need to continue to listen to a government that has LIED to us at every juncture, deceived us about every dime they have spent upon their own ventures which are all designed to steal this nation from those of us that built it brick by bloody brick.

Globalist degenerates seek UN resolution against Syria

French Foreign Minister and co-conspiring war criminal Alain Juppe sat in front of the corporate-funded Brookings Institution declaring that Syria's Assad has lost all legitimacy to rule and that France and its "allies" would once again seek to push through a UN resolution against Syria. Ironically, not much could be said about the legitimacy of Juppe while he panders to an unelected corporate-financier oligarchy via a think-tank that creates extra-legal policy he and the treasonous politicians around him rubber stamp, against the will of his own people, on a daily basis.

Juppe's comments, along with America's accusations that unrest along Israel's borders is foreign-funded thus justifing Israel's right to "defend itself" (gun down protesters), all while the US openly foments violence and unrest across half the world, signifies the transition from political surrealism to cartoonish absurdity. Indeed, the violence in Syria is entirely the work of US trained, funded, and armed opposition groups who are now acting out, verbatim the doctrines spelled out in the Brookings Institution's "Which Path to Persia?" report. As the violence esculates, it is becoming difficult, just as it did in Libya, to continue portraying the "protesters" as peaceful instead of the foreign-funded militants and traitors they actually are.

The farcical "Arab Spring" has now degenerated into an open war of aggression with the US, UK, and France leading the way, towing behind them an impressive collection of dupes, puppets and traitors from around the world. As they strike at Libya day and night after 2 months of escalating warfare they are attempting to move against Syria and Iran before all of their political legitimacy is squandered and the general public's realization of what is actually transpiring reaches a critical mass. The window is closing in Syria and any attempt to intervene must be done while the world still labors under the delusion that the opposition is peacefully carrying placards, not violently brandishing Kalashnikovs.

The Elite, the ‘Great Game’ and World War III

The control of the US, and of global politics, by the wealthiest families of the planet is exercised in a powerful, profound and clandestine manner. This control began in Europe and has a continuity that can be traced back to the time when the bankers discovered it was more profitable to give loans to governments than to needy individuals.

These banking families and their subservient beneficiaries have come to own most major businesses over the two centuries during which they have secretly and increasingly organised themselves as controllers of governments worldwide and as arbiters of war and peace.

Unless we understand this we will be unable to understand the real reasons for the two world wars and the impending Third World War, a war that is almost certain to begin as a consequence of the US attempt to seize and control Central Asia. The only way out is for the US to back off – something the people of the US and the world want, but the elite does not.

The US is a country controlled through the privately owned Federal Reserve, which in turn is controlled by the handful of banking families that established it by deception in the first place.

Israeli stealth ships in raids on Iran

Cargo vessels owned by Israel’s richest man, who died on Friday, had been used to ferry elite Israeli forces for operations inside Iran, according to defence sources.

The death in Tel Aviv of Sammy Ofer, 89, came just days after the United States accused his company of breaching sanctions by selling an oil tanker to Iran. It has mystified Israelis why a company with close links to the government was allegedly breaching sanctions.

Military experts suggested the cargo ships had carried Black Hawk helicopters, hidden in modified containers, for use by commando teams in reconnaissance missions against Iran’s secret nuclear sites. Israel is conducting a massive intelligence operation to monitor Iran’s nuclear weapons programme.

By using giant freighters with helicopters and men hidden in containers on their decks, the Israeli forces would possess a logistical platform similar to a helicopter assault warship and one that could approach the Iranian coast without suspicion.

Defence sources said some ships from the group controlled by Ofer and his brother Yuli were known to have given Israeli forces access to Iranian waters.

At least 13 ships owned by the Ofer Brothers Group have docked in Iran over the past decade, using the port of Bandar Abbas on the southern coast and the Kharg Island oil terminal in the Gulf, according to Equasis, a shipping information database.

Mark Dankof to Congressman Ron Paul: You Need to Find It, Buddy! And Fast. . . .

Ralph Reed has re-emerged from the sewer again, in sponsoring the “Faith and Freedom Coalition Conference” this past week. CNN’s fawning tribute to Ralphie, entitled,”Why Ralph Reed Matters,” does accurately note how the Republican flyweight wannabes jousting for the Presidential nomination of the GOP have each now kissed the ring of Pat Robertson’s ex-horseholder, much as they and their Congressional colleagues collectively kissed the Israeli prime minister’s hind end during the latter’s barnstorming tour of Zionist Occupied Territory (ZOA) in late May.

But CNN has it wrong. Ralph Reed doesn’t matter. What does matter is the power of the domestic American Jewish Lobby, and the Israeli government, who stand behind Reed as the ultimate power behind his porcelain throne. Reed knows this, as does his pal, Richard Land, of the Southern Baptist Convention; John Hagee of Cornerstone Church in San Antonio and Christians United for Israel (CUFI); Rabbi Yechiel Eckstein of the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews (IFCJ); and every Neo-Conservative lackey seeking the imprimatur of the Tribe in his or her quest for the nomination of a political party as hijacked by The Lobby as its Democratic counterpart.

Reed’s beauty-contest, following closely on the heels of the U. S. Congress’s obsequious and televised kissing of Bibi Netanyahu’s Hind End, tells the discerning that the Fix is In. The message is clear: No serious candidate for the American Presidency, or the Congress, gets past the clearance of the folks whose control of this seamy process was cemented in 1913 with the creation of the Federal Reserve Board, and the imposition of a direct Federal income tax on the Empire’s citizens. The power to create fiat money and to tax is the power to buy elections, legislatures, Chief Executives, political parties, and media moguls. It is also the power to foment assassinations, revolutions, and to launch wars of imperial conquest. Just ask the Rothschilds, Jacob Schiff, David Rockefeller, or Ben Bernanke. These heavyweights have replaced the Old Republic with Empire. The results are self-evident, and clinically Satanic.

Marching In Step with AIPAC

Return of the Anti-Interventionist Right

The author of the end-the-war resolution that seemed likely to pass was Dennis Kucinich. That Republicans would vote for a Kucinich resolution testifies to the anger on the Hill that Obama took us to war without congressional authorization and has treated the War Powers Act with manifest contempt.

Boehner’s resolution, which gives the president longer to comply with the act and involves no deadline for withdrawal, passed 268 to 145.

But Kucinich’s resolution, which would have cut off funds for the Libyan war, still garnered 148 votes, among them 87 Republicans.

More than a third of House Republicans voted to pull out of the NATO coalition attacking Moammar Gadhafi’s forces, which would have forced a NATO withdrawal from that civil war. This is historic.

Yet another reflection of anti-interventionist sentiment can be seen in Defense Secretary Robert Gates’ valedictory tour, where he felt compelled to assure U.S. allies in Asia we are there to stay.

Is an attack on Iran in the works?

TEL AVIV - In contrast to, say, a year ago, few analysts now dare to consider a military strike on Iran in the near future as a serious possibility. On the contrary, most are dismissive of the idea, especially in as much as Israel is concerned. "One of the great bluffs in the foreign policy community in the previous decade was that Israel would have no choice but to attack Iran's nuclear facilities unless Washington stepped up and took military action first," writes Trita Parsi in Foreign Policy, offering a lucid analysis to explain why such an option is not feasible. [1]

Yet, despite all the good arguments, the Iranian front is becoming more complicated every week and month. Israel is by far not the only foreign threat to the ayatollahs, and its silence and apparent weaknesses can be misleading, as the past 44 years (since the 1967 war) have taught. It is seldom safe to call what may appear to be an Israeli bluff.

In brief, while there are many good reasons why a war with Iran is unlikely at the moment, dark clouds are quietly gathering, and in the Middle East, appearances could be misleading. Both the Iranian and the anti-Iranian camps are arming and preparing themselves militarily, and in military science as in theater, Anton Chekhov's maximum often applies that a gun in the first act is bound to go off at some point later.

Rhetoric, in fact, is often inversely proportional to the probability of action. Summer is the time to watch, both because it has historically been the season of war in the Middle East, and because according to most experts, this summer Iran will likely reach the nuclear point of no-return. So will, in all likelihood, the Arab revolutions.

NEW TERROR THREAT - GUNS NOT BOMBS

America's Addiction - Waging Illegal Wars

With regard to war, international and constitutional laws are clear. Under the Constitution's Article I, Section 8, only Congress may declare war, not the president. That, in fact, last happened on December 8, 1941 after Japan attacked Pearl Harbor. As a result, all subsequent US wars have been illegal, including Obama's against Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Libya.

Moreover, the UN Charter explains under what conditions violence and coercion (by one state against another) are justified.

Article 2(3) and Article 33(1) require peaceful settlement of international disputes. Article 2(4) prohibits force or its threatened use. And Article 51 allows the "right of individual or collective self-defense if an armed attack occurs against a Member....until the Security Council has taken measures to maintain international peace and security."

In other words, justifiable self-defense is permissible. However, Charter Articles 2(3), 2(4), and 33 absolutely prohibit any unilateral threat or use of force not:

Bilderberg 2011: Background, Preview and Predictions

How the Empire will Prevail: Will Washington Foment War Between China and India?

What is Washington’s solution for the rising power of China?

The answer might be to involve China in a nuclear war with India.

The staging of the fake death of bin Laden in a commando raid that violated Pakistan’s sovereignty was sold to President Obama by the military/security complex as a way to boost Obama’s standing in the polls.

The raid succeeded in raising Obama’s approval ratings. But its real purpose was to target Pakistan and to show Pakistan that the US was contemplating invading Pakistan in order to make Pakistan pay for allegedly hiding bin Laden next door to Pakistan’s military academy. The neocon, and increasingly the US military position, is that the Taliban can’t be conquered unless NATO widens the war theater to Pakistan, where the Taliban allegedly has sanctuaries protected by the Pakistan government, which takes American money but doesn’t do Washington’s bidding.

Pakistan got the threat message and ran to China. On May 17 Pakistan’s prime minister, Yousaf Raza Gilani, as he departed for China declared China to be Pakistan’s “best and most trusted friend.” China has built a port for Pakistan at Gwadar, which is close to the entrance of the Strait of Hormuz. The port might become a Chinese naval base on the Arabian Sea.

Bilderberg 2011: All aboard the Bilderbus

Next week, in Switzerland, Henry Kissinger and his brave band of corporate CEOs, high-wealth individuals and heavyweight thinktankers will lock arms with Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands and David Rockefeller, and stand their ground against the economic contagion.

The last thing a bunch of bank bosses and multinational executives wants is for the nation-states of Europe to collapse, allowing their assets to be bought up on the cheap. Right?

Besides, if anyone can lay claim to fathering the EU, it's Bilderberg. Sixty years ago, Europe was a mere Bilderbaby, conceived in a solemn ceremony on Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands' mattress. It grew into a fine young Bilderboy, but the years have caught up with it, and now it seems its knees are creaking and its heart is weak.

The hotel promises that the Privatsphäre of the guests will be utterly respektiert, which goes for the conference, as well: the press will be lucky to get a whiff of Kissinger's toast in the morning. It's a shame the attendees are still so phobic of attention, seeing as how this year there's shaping up to be more press interest than ever. People and the media have finally started noticing this quiet little conference at the centre of the storm. The last two countries to play host to the meeting were Greece and Spain, both of whom waved goodbye to Bilderberg and said hello to austerity and unrest. Happy Christmas, Switzerland.
